Refund Policy

Shira Moskowitz Art has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All items purchased are eligible for exchange and upgrade for up to 60 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused.
All items returned are the responsibility of the buyer, including all shipping, duties and insurance fees.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received your return. Once approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy
Any order that is cancelled within 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund minus the shipping costs. If your order qualifies for a refund, we will initiate the refund after we've received and inspected the returned item.
